For Presenting Participants:
Deadline for registration and abstract submission: February 12, 2025
Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection: March 20, 2025
Inclusion in the abstract volume requires payment of the registration fee by May 15, 2025
Deadline for payment of the early-bird registration fee: April 20, 2025
Registration fee can be paid by cash on the conference.
For Non-Presenting Participants:
Online registration deadline: May 20, 2025 (On-site registration will be available thereafter.)

What the Registration Fee Includes
The registration fee covers full participation in the conference, as well as catering costs (refreshments, welcome reception, and banquet).
Payment and Invoice Information
All payments will be issued an invoice, which will be mailed to the provided address. For invoices needed prior to transferring the registration fee, please request a pro forma invoice via email at mpt@mpt.hu. The final invoice will be sent based on the payment to the specified address.
