For Presenting Participants:

Deadline for registration and abstract submission: February 25, 2026

Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection: March 20, 2026

Inclusion in the abstract volume requires payment of the registration fee by May 15, 2026

Deadline for payment of the early-bird registration fee: April 15, 2026

Registration fee can be paid by card or cash on the conference.

For Non-Presenting Participants:

Online registration deadline: May 15, 2026 (On-site registration will be available thereafter.)

What the Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee covers full participation in the conference, as well as catering costs (refreshments, welcome reception, and banquet).

Payment and Invoice Information

All payments will be issued an invoice, which will be mailed to the provided address. For invoices needed prior to transferring the registration fee, please request a pro forma invoice via email at mpt@mpt.hu. The final invoice will be sent based on the payment to the specified address.
